10 Best Songs by Silversun Pickups

Silversun Pickups is a band from Los Angeles, California. They released some of the most original music I’ve ever heard and for that reason are one of my favorite bands. Below list of my Top 10 favorite songs from them, in no particular order.

1. A little lover so polite – Carnival

This the singers sing very well; His drum beat makes your head bob. The top guitar riff is perfect because it doesn’t stop the song; he adds so much, so much that he would not be without her. When I listen to this song, I think about driving in the middle of the night with all the windows down.

2. Future Foe Scenarios – Carnivals

It’s a little darker this time around, but it just makes it better. I’m using keyboards and different sound effects a lot more this time around, and I love it. The singer uses his voice in a terrific way, not overdoing it at all, adding just the right amount of attitude. The corruption of the guitar is smooth butter. The last 45 seconds or so mostly fades from bad guitars and sound effects which really sets a dark mood and I feel a bit depressed , but in a good way.

3. Lazy eye Carnival< /i>

Ah, Lazy Eye, I would never have heard of this wonderful hand had it not been for this song. The first time I remember hearing Lazy Eye was on KROQ in Southern California, I believe I was working in Huntington Beach at the time and I specifically remember hearing it. he would come from the radio and when he would broadcast and call the radio station to ask who the artist was. The beat of the song is very similar to the song Smashing Pumpkins, 1979. Another amazing guitar sound is introduced with the solo. The scream in the middle of the song does a lot to make sense of the song, just adding more intensity to what you’ve already gotten yourself deeper and deeper into drugs.

4. Rusty Wheel – Carnivals

The guitar sound is an eerie introspective sound effect that makes you wonder how in the world this could possibly turn into something great. We enter to kick the drums and quickly lose ourselves in the sound of the web. This goes on for a while, when we build more and more, then we get more drums and it continues to build. Finally, we are relieved by the wonderful consonants and vowels. The longest track on the album never gets boring. Very obscure, and deservedly so.

5. Semen Three – Carnival

bass melody with guitar backing harmonies make a beautiful setting. An easy drum beat with great vocals lead into another amazing guitar melody. Again, the song wouldn’t be as great without this. It is a slow song that allows us to enter a relaxed state. Guitar Solo wakes us up with something completely different yet amazing. Nothing crazy here, just very original.

6. Common Reactor – Carnivals

This is probably my favorite song on the album. This is definitely a song that showcases who makes such a great band, the ways they create with their music. Sometimes they are dark. For me, this song makes me feel excited. That is, before I was in a dark mind, now I see light and serenity. As the song goes on, the chorus gets louder, and I’m really listening to the song that I’m feeling along the way.

7. No Secrets This Year – Momentum

Well, this is the first song from their latest album, Myoon. It was an instant favorite on the first listen. The guitar work this time around, nothing stands out, it just blends into the song and just creates something beautiful, flattering the singer’s voice. Very upbeat which is a nice change.

8. We King – Mine

This is a powerful song with lyrics that stand out to me from the early days. More amazing guitar work that makes me feel good. Again, we get a bit of shouting towards the end, which this album doesn’t have much of.

9. Nice to know you are working alone – Mcuum

Wow, can you say that? A bass line that leads into an infectious guitar riff. He continues to smash his way through the song, with amazing vocals and backing lyrics. This song has a ton of attitude and is something that was an instant favorite. The guitar in this one work has no talent.

10. Substitution – Media

What is it? A happy song? That’s what it appears to be anyway. It’s definitely upbeat and I feel it’s good to hear. The guitar is amazing now and then.

Trust me, it’s not easy to top 10. Every song is awesome for me, especially the new album. I’m a bit obsessed on the side. I have been reading it for a while.
