Costa Rica is growing as a golf destination due to its great weather, mountain views and a growing list of oceanfront golf courses. The golf courses in Costa Rica are rated among the best in the world, and easily ranked as the best in Central America. Here is a list of courses in Costa Rica:
1. Reserva Conchal‘s paradise Reserva Conchal refuge is located in the Brasilito Guanacaste area. I wanted everyone to know that “hurricanes” call themselves golf resorts, but they don’t have golf coursese. . Tamarindo Diria has a mission and is fifteen minutes from Hacienda Pinilla, but it does not hold a race course. The Tango Mar hotel also does not have a golf course. It is 15-20 minutes from Los Delfines course.
The above list is the course in Costa Rica as of July 2010. Several projects are under construction such as Guanacaste Antipolis and Cabo Caletas, but at least 2011 is expected.
NEW: The San Buenas golf course opened on Sunday and now offers nine holes. They will have full 18 slots in early 2011.
