When I first saw these advertised on television, I thought, “Oh, here we go again! Classic news.” If you read some of my other reviews, I said that I am not one to change the original products. For example, I have the Orco cake brand, but not the new Nabisco Orco cake. I like Coke, but I don’t like Cherry Coke or any of the other flavors when they come. I don’t like it when I see a remake of a movie. It must be admitted that some of these origins are indeed better. Read this 3 Musketeers Mint With Dark Chocolate Candy bar review and find out if Mars could impress this old Fuddy Duddy!
product description
I didn’t notice this in the TV commercials, but when I spotted the 3 coin shooter candy bar in the grocery store the first thing I saw was less. Not in length, but in breadth. I’m not sure how many ounces a regular 3 rifle is, but this one is a mere 1.24.
The envelope of the coin closely mimics the regular variety of 3 guns in that it is mostly red and blue silver in color. So you will know very easily. Except for the added “SNOW!” and “Mint with Dark Chocolate”.
Once you open the package, you will find not one, but two rectangles inside.
Price
Since the 3 Musketeers Coin Candy Bar is a new product, I was able to buy three somewhere around a buck or two. Sometimes they stay on the market and cost the same as other candy bars. So if you want to try one, it is better to buy it at a lower price.
Taste Test
First, I always loved the flavor of the original 3 Musketeers candy bar. I also like that they contain “45% less fat” and I enjoy white nougat. The regular version is a whopping 260 calories per serving (one bar). Interestingly enough, the mint version contains only 150 calories per serving. It was more right than it is.
When I bit into a 3-gun mint with a dark chocolate candy bar, I almost forgot what kind of candy I was eating. I bet you’ll think the same when you try it! Immediately, the refreshing, refreshing mint, along with dark chocolate, reminded me of a York Peppermint Pattie. then I was confused. “If this just tastes like another candy bar, what’s the big deal?” For me, I had to take two more bites of the creamy medium until I finally tasted some of the original 3 Musketeers bar. Mint, as you may believe, has a lighter taste than Mars mixed with it.
conclusion
If you like to eat dark chocolate and dark mint, and, you are looking for fewer calories, less cholesterol- 0 P. in 3 mint guns with a cup of chocolate candy, as opposed to 5 P. in the original bar- less sodium and also. P. 18 sugar less, then have this new product for you.
But, if you’re looking for a 3-gunner with a taste twist, you’re going to be wrong. As I said, the cool mint takes over the other flavors. Personally, I don’t think the 3 mint shooters with the dark chocolate candy bar will fly in the sweet market. I think others would agree that if I feel like I have dark and I feel like I have mild, I’ll take pepper for Pattie. I am not impressed.
