Another idea is to make soups that include cheese. These are great with spaghetti. It calls for one pound of ground beef, 12 oz of wine-seasoned ground sausage, 2 eggs, 1 breadcrumbs, 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 pound mozzarella, cut into small cubes.

Enchilada Meatballs
These are fantastic for party appetizers or in unique soup sandwiches.
It calls for 2 cups crushed cornb, 1 1/2 pounds ground beef chuck, 1 (10 oz) can of enchilada sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cumin (optional), 1 10 oz can of tomato sauce and 1 cup of shredded Mexican mixed cheese.
Preheat the oven to 350.
In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, half the enchilada sauce, half the cheese, salt and cumin. Add the beef and mix well.

On the palate, the protein is great in the sauce. To make the sauce, mix the sauce with the fish and enchilada sauce in the pan. Pour the sauce over the meat and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Use a toothpick.
