I am one of the CSI, Law & Order, and anything to promote autopia. I love watching super smart people catch bad guys through simple logical deduction and looking at the evidence. I only looked as I began to notice the “testimony” in everyday life. Here are some signs that you’ve been looking at too much csi.
You see everything that leaves a fingerprint or DNA.
Have you been sleeping lately? You left the DNA in that tissue. Did you know that marbles and flints are particularly good surfaces for leaving and finding fingerprints? If you do… this is a sign. Every cell in your body contains all the DNA codes…except for your hair….the DNA from the hair comes from the skin that is left behind when it falls off your head or anywhere else.
You know what “epithelial” is.
A skin cell is in layman’s terms. This word is used in almost all CSI cases where death is involved. Epithelial cells show up everywhere. Did you know that dust is mostly made of … epithelial cells? You shed skin cells basically every moment of your life…combing your hair, scratching your arm…sometimes you rub against something.
What do “BTF” and “GSR” mean to you?
Blunt force trauma. It is usually taken. Where else have you hit someone so hard that it kills them? I saw one incident where someone was stabbed in the neck, which made a selective impact on the brain, which then shut down the victims heart. GSR is the residual cast. It remains on the clothes and hands of someone who points a gun. If you can break the lust for Acronym… you’ve been watching too much CSI.
You know that what is not there is as great as what is.
Did you hear empty? There is a spot on crime scenes. Where is the general example of blood contamination (if you know what too CSI…) and the blank spot is where it is contaminated, and it can be something other than contaminated blood as well.
You what and where the wounds are defended.
They sound exactly like a defensive wound. One sustains wounds while protecting oneself. By autopsy and physical examination, all wounds to the hands and arms are considered defensive wounds.
You know the economy stays put.
They stay in your blood, hair, skin, lungs, and even your bones. That’s right, some chemicals can be detected even after the rest of the body has decomposed. “Chemicals” are not limited to the economy…the blood is also stopped. Blood stays and stays and stays…even after it has been extinguished. If you really want to deactivate the blood, you have to use ammonia … but the residue will not go away. You will find a black light as well as they use that particular liquid. The liquid turns purple or green on contact with blood.
If you know these things and dozens of other forensics, you can watch too many forensic science/medical shows. While you know lots of interesting-facts be sure not to let your life take over or imagine you are more informed.
