Imagine opening your refrigerator in the morning and finding your elf that had been quietly resting on a shelf, attached to the handle of a gallon of milk! Even more surprising, the milk has turned color.
My family’s elf magically colored a gallon of milk in our refrigerator. Our little elf loves doing fun and very creative things while we are sleeping. He used strawberry milk mix to leave my daughter a tasty surprise. We knew that he was responsible because he had a trace of strawberry syrup on his chin.
Generous Elves Leaves Small Gifts for Good Little Children
Our Elf on a Shelf is also very generous. During the month of December, he is always doing something while we are asleep, and sometimes he leaves small gifts. He must have hitched a ride to our local discount store, or maybe another Elf on a Shelf stopped by with Santa’s miniature sleigh for a midnight shopping spree. He wrapped a small toy for my daughter and left the evidence behind. His dirty little footprints were by the front door, and he left the scissors and wrapping paper on the dining room table. He was not on the shelf in the morning. He was sitting on the small wrapped gift that was marked with my daughter’s name. What a fun and creative surprise!
A Naughty Elf on a Shelf Teepees the Christmas Tree
Elves can be naughty at times, and our Elf on a Shelf is no exception. He recently found a fun and very creative way to let us know that he had been busy during the night. He took a roll of toilet paper from the bathroom and used it to decorate our Christmas tree. Imagine my daughter’s surprise! We found our Elf on a Shelf with the evidence in his hand. He had also wrapped a Christmas soldier like a mummy! My daughter thought it was hilarious.
