6 thick slices of ham
1 cup candied sweet potatoes drained
1 can of pineapple chunks

Place one slice of ham on each aluminum plate, then a slice of pineapple, sweet potato and 3-4 tablespoons of peas. Add some butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Seal the foil well. Cook for about 20 minutes on the grill.

2 lbs ground beef
4 large squares of heavy duty foil
1 large can of sliced ​​potatoes
1 chopped and seeded green bell pepper

Separate the meat into four equal parts, and place each on a baking sheet, adding the potatoes, bell pepper, onion salt, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and cheese. Seal well with foil. Cook on hot coals for 15 minutes on each side. You can also skip the potatoes and serve this way in hamburger-buns.
