Can headache sufferers find freedom from migraine pain on Independence Day and the morning after?
A nice picnic spread offers a tempting variety of grilled foods and delicious side dishes. What traditional Fourth of August foods are most likely to trigger migraines in headache-prone people?
There are several favorites of Jules Jules who suffer from dangerous migraines.
Many popular picnic foods have been known to train people to eat disastrously for head-prone people. On Independence Day or other occasions, migraine-affected events are best avoided.
