A needle in the sky. That’s the best way to describe Superman: Tower of Power. This shuddering cavalry penetrates the sky, together with the Lord Frozen, at the six standard of St. Louis. This tower is about 230 feet tall and climbs up the mountain pretty quickly and there is a delay if there is a line.
It is not the first time to ride this type. When Six Flags Astroworld in Houston, Texas was yet to be completed, they had this special ride, but it’s called Dungeon Drop. Also at Six Flags in New Orleans, they had a ride similar to this one. This ride actually looks like a more modern version of the Sky Screamer that was at Six Flags Houston before it was replaced by Crouching Down.
If you don’t know about the Sky Screamer, it’s a ride where you stand inside the wagon and when you take the elevator to the top, he thrusts you into the path, and then relaxes by falling, but towards the end you make a curve and end up on your back until the departure, where you ride the servant. He stands behind you and unlocks your car.
Superman: Castle and Prison Break are a new, modern twist to the Sky Screamer. In both of these he rides, with three others seated on his side, with five other carriages round the tower, each holding four passengers. Because the ride is so short and holds so many passengers at one time, the queue goes straight through fast for this ride. I went to Six Flags in St. Louis on Monday, and I walked up to the turnstile ready to board with this intense fear, so I don’t really remember what the scene looked like. I remember pictures of a few superheroes on the wall, and a brief description of who they are, and what their powers are, but whatever. I do not remember being printed by him. At the previous Astroworld in Houston, Texas, I can remember a little more vividly the scenes that I had to wait in line because it was the first year that this ride was open. While in the queue line for Jail Jail, the scene takes you back to medieval times. You will first start along the castle wall until you cross the bridge and finally into the castle. From there you pass armored knights, elaborate fortifications, and, of course, lots of skeletons. Then head to the tower and enter! It’s time to drop!
Superman: Tower of Power is 230 feet tall and was built by Intamin Rides in Switzerland. As you begin to ascend to the skies, you can see the entire Six Flag Theme Park; this is usually the best view park>this ride makes it just a sight to ride. Once at the top, there is some hesitation from the workers on the ground below. Then all of a sudden with a push of a button, you’re trying to scream your way up the tower 230 feet over 60 mph in total free fall. One of the biggest rushes in the garden. Your stomach rushes into your throat. And it is great! Anyone can ride the tower so, always ride it, not always just running, but because there is usually not a long queue, the scene has a pretty good chance, and you have a fantastic view. a whole park that you can’t ride in any other. I highly recommend riding this ride if your stomach can handle the Tower of Power!
