Connecticut Asks for Assistance in Finding Missing Children

National Center for Absence & amp; Earned Children currently lists 15 children from the state of Connecticut on their site. Many of these children disappeared years ago and are still being found. Can you find Connecticut’s missing child?

Jovonna Stacey Crawford
Iovanna died on June 5, 1981 when she was only two years old. The last time Iovanna was seen was at home in the care of family friendly family. A friend of the family gave the boy to a woman who he said was Grandma Iovanna. No trace of Joanna was found. Joanna would now be 27 years old. She is a black woman with brown eyes and black hair.

Bianca Elaine Lebron
Bianca would now be 16 years old. She disappeared on November 7, 2001 in Bridgeport, Connecticut. She was last seen at school when she got into a dark-colored car with tinted windows. /a>. A man was driving a car. Bianca is white/Hispanic with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Rosa Marie Camacho
The last time Rose was seen was when she was leaving a store in the Hartford area with her mother on October 24, 1997. She was fourteen years old and white/Hispanic with brown hair and brown eyes. The boy’s mother, Rosa Delgado was later found dead but there is no sign of Rosa Camacho.

April Dawn Pennington
April left her home in the middle of the night on May 29, 1996 when she was 16 years old. This was the last time she was ever seen or heard from. April is now at the age of 26. She has brown hair and hazel eyes. When she went missing, she was 5’2″ and weighed 100 pounds. She disappeared from her home in Uncasville, Connecticut in April.

Shima, Ibtsam and Hanan Tarat
Their father Abdo Ali Tarat, on December 20, 2003, from New Connecticut, England, picked up these three sisters. Ibtsam is now 14 years old, Hanan is twelve years old, and Shima is nine years old. The girls are believed to have been taken from the US to Yemen. It is also thought that they can be in a partnership with three children. Each girl has brown eyes and black hair.

Andrea Michelle Reyes
Andrea was kidnapped from her non-custodial mother on October 5, 1999 from Newport, Connecticut. Andreas would not be nine years old and has dark black eyes hair, right eye and is lazy. a bruise on his forehead. The mother of the child is Roasa Tenorio who will not be 35 years old. It is thought that Rosa could use aliases like Rosita or Guadalupe and other last names, Minore.

Janice K. Pockett
Janice disappeared on July 26, 1973 near her home in Tolland, Connecticut. Janice left the house on her bike and was never seen again. His bike was found in a street near Rhodium Road, near some woods. Janice has blonde hair and blue eyes. She would now be 41 years old.

According to the US Department of Justice, there are 797,500 children reported missing each year. That’s an average of 2,100 children every day. Family members abduct 203,900 children each year and 58,200 are abducted by non-family members each year. Every year 1,682,900 children either run away or are abandoned.
