Candy comes in all kinds of flavors, shapes and forms, but what makes candy so much fun, and the people at the Annabelle Candy company know all about the fun and interesting aspects of candy. Annabelle’s has been around for years and is hard to come by in some parts of the country, but you’d be a fool to pass up the chance to try two of their most famous creations. Abbot Zaba-bar and the Big Hunk.
Annabelle is known for her delicious creations candy and they are not unlike their most famous two candy bars. Take Abbot Zaba as an example. The Abba-Zaba bar combines the two greatest candy flavors into one delicious treat. Abba-Zaba is made from a sticky taffy coating wrapped around a center of peanut butter. You may have had peanut buttertaffy before, but Abba-Zaba combines two very unusual things; but it works perfectly.
Abbot Zaba will taste great and really give you something to talk about. Annabelle’s taffy mixture is the best tasting taffy she’s ever had and she used peanut butter in the center. Abba-Zaba taffy goes together perfectly. The best thing about Abba-Zaba is that the drugs, for the most part, are not morbid. Many candy bars use a lot of chemicals, but Abba-Zaba has a surprising number of ingredients, the only complaint I have is the way Notice is a large amount of sugar put in the bar.
Big Hunk is another famous creation to come from the Annabelle Candy Company. The Big Hunk is a large bar of vanilla flavored taffy with sprinkles or crunchy roasted peanuts across the bar. The vanilla flavor gives the taffy bar a very mild flavor and the roasted peanuts abound throughout the bar. Anyone who wants to try something different in a candy bar should really give Big Hunk a try.
Another interesting thing about the Big Hunk bar is the two alternative ways to enjoy the candy. On the back of each bar are directions for two additional ways to eat this famous creation. Number one is to pull out the bar or hit it against a hard surface and break the hard taffy into tiny Big Hunk pieces. This makes them look very nice, and it is easier to eat. Another way is my personal favorite, you take the whole bar and heat it in the microwave for about 10-30 seconds, depending on your microwave power. This makes the bar a bit lighter and chewy, and really brings out the real vanilla flavor.
Annabelle has a lot of crazy and great tasting creations, and they can all be found on the company’s main website www.annabelle-candy.com, but Abba-Zaba and Big Hunk are the biggest new creations. Candy lovers everywhere will be delighted to find candy bars with unique flavors and great taste.
