Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablets Tamari or Soy sauce

1 teaspoon arrowroot or cornstarch

2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
2 teaspoons dried red pepper
1 green bell pepper, seeded, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 red bell pepper, seeded, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 small yellow onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 pound Extra Firm Tofu, drained and cut into 1-inch cubes
