Crest Whitestrips Premium Plus – Not Worth The Hype

We all want a bright, white smile, but how do we get there? Through various torture methods, of course! Either paying good money to a dentist to do it for you, or taking a cheap trip to the nearest drug store to buy some whitening product . Well, I am one of the cheap people who go for medicinal products, and I always trust Crest when it comes. to bleaching

While preparing for my extra-long summer vacation, I decided to go for the latest in whitening technology : Crest Whitestrips Premium More! whiten teeth in 10 days Cres boasts, “You will see the full result in 10 days, and a whiter smile for 18 months. ” So I went for it! Quite expensive (compared to other similar products), around $35 (USD).

I woke up the whole house and went to the bathroom to check out the stuff in the new blue box (Crest Whitestrips Premium Plus come in a hard blue plastic box). I found 40 bands: 20 “Upper Spoils” and 20 “Lower Clouds.” I also found a nifty little fact sheet. It had easy-to-follow directions and some common questions to ask, along with solutions to a few problems that can occur when using a toothbrush (like gum sensitivity, bleaching products on fingers etc.). Basically, the instructions stated that the patches should be used twice daily for 30 minutes at a time. It’s okay to do sessions 30 minutes back to back, as long as you use a new pair of strips for every 30 minutes.

But it should be noted that the teeth are generally not very sensitive. There are no sensations of cold, hot or sweet foods. Generally, my teeth and gums are strong and healthy, so I did not expect to feel any after using Whitestrips. It should also be noted that I used the Night Effect combs before with great results and no gentleness at all, but leaving it gelled, so that my teeth are in a dry and boring state. , Crest Whitestrips Premium Plus contain a higher concentration of Hydrogen Peroxide (the main whitening agent) than Crest Night Effect .

So I went ahead and put on two bandages (one “upper” and one “lower”) for 30 minutes. I started by applying the upper strip and it in place first then to do the same with the lower strip. I experienced some staining on my gums, but it didn’t bother me. After exactly 30 minutes, I took the strip off and rinsed my mouth gel (as instructed). I was happy to find that my teeth didn’t grind and my gums didn’t burn or anything like that, so I decided to use the other one before bed later that night. And I did it! The next morning I woke up and felt horrible and just horrible! My teeth and gums are so extremely sensitive that everything coming out of my mouth would give me chills! Not to mention the pain with something. It was horrible! I thought maybe I started with just one session. The instructions on the accompanying leaflet also recommend that the dose be reduced if sensitivity occurs. The other day I tried to use only 30 minutes of stimulation once. But the next day I woke up again with excruciating pains that lasted all day. He noticed that I could skip the instructions that day. I skipped two days and went back to using the strips once a day for 30 minutes. I don’t need it. Finally, I decided to submit a time of 15 minutes once a day. You did that trick! He felt the pain afterwards, not mine. I confess, however, that since that time I have seen much interest in my teeth; at least they were two shades lighter! That’s what impressed me and stopped me.

During the time we were using these Whitestrips, I went to see a dentist for what I thought was a cavity (behind the back far from the front for whitening. He said I don’t have the occasional cavity and sensitivity to sweets that I have experienced due to the plaque built up along the gum line.He cleaned my teeth and gave me a treatment for that gingivitis for a while After a few days, after the dentist cleaned my teeth, I decided to go back to using the strips. My teeth hurt again. they were not nearly as sensitive as before the dentist, and this is while using Whitestrips for only one 30-minute session per day.

I initially bought Crest Whitestrips because some of my friends with sensitive teeth liked them and I said they have no problem; but no one had tried their Premium Plus Whitestrips comb.

I totally give this product 2/10 for effectively whitening my teeth. with great pain and unusual tenderness. If I were to buy another whitening product (which I do once a year), it would be Night Crest for reliable and painless results.
