Do you want your visitors to drive directions from their site straight to yours? Thanks to Dreamweaver 8 you can now do that in a few easy steps. Dreamweaver 8 offers a new extension called Table Quest. Insert this piece of code into your website and your visitors can enter their email address and get direct directions to your business site. Or any chance to use it on the board. In this guide I’ll show you how to get your visitors coming down the right path for you.
Dreamweaver 8 – Map Quest Extension
Step 1 – Open your Dreamweaver 8 program.
Step 2 – Open the page where you would like to insert the card.
Step 3 – If you don’t see your map at the top of your Dreamweaver 8 window, then click View > Toolbars > insert That will bring up your insert table.
Step 4 – Place the Blue button with the binoculars and click on it. That will bring up the Table Quest Dialog Box.
Step 5 – Enter your address, city, state, and brand name for the location you want visitors to visit.
Step 6 – Click OK.
You will now see your document in the Dreamtext window. You can embed the pockets using CSS. When a visitor enters their starting destination and clicks Direct Directions, it will take them to the Quest Map and show direct directions to the destination they entered in the Quest Map Dialog Box. I think this is a nice extension that Dreamweaver 8 has and it will save actors time when they can click on the paper. by clicking the quest Instead of coding all of that line by line.
