Fantasy football is a dreamland for millions of football fans. If you can’t have a team in reality, you can have one in the fantasy football world. You can hire and fire whoever you want. When the team owners act like the real owners of the teams, they have to strategize, plan and effectively work the players into the teams. Sometimes it’s going to work with planning strategies, sometimes it’ll take a picture. I was once the no.1 pick and he picked Ladanian Tomlinson (seasons after his historic term) and he was the top image. But football players are always wise. They don’t think about taking players in each round, but they plan based on their position in the draft. If you are in the top 5, take the best available running backs or the top quarterback. If you are in the following five, choose a trust fund.
Being in 11th and 12th position (in the league of 12 teams) the reverse order is tricky and we will get 2 back to the back of the peg in the order of the draft snake. Here, the top 3 or 4 running backs would have gone and even the top 2 QBs and maybe one or two wide receivers. QB if you are in 11 or 12, and either of the 2 best available top running back I suggest not caring or a combo of the best RB and the best available WR. Otherwise, I would pick the best tight end in round 2 so that by the time you get the next round, a lot of the best players will be gone and it will be closer to the middle of the round sleepers.
They are sleeper players who may not be in the news all the time, but they are balanced for a good time. They will be sleeping in every place. Sam Bradford is an example of a sleeper at the quarterback position who has a chance to be a good quarterback. The elite rookies at the top of the rounds are tricky too. Sometimes rookies are broken to work right away or have a limited learning curve. Adrian Peterson was dropped in the draft but when Chester Taylor went down in game 1, AP entered the arena and has been a star ever since. Julio Jones Atlanta Falcons will have a good season if the Falcons start WR, then he will be a good sleeper around the middle.
Similarly, if the Bengals can have a good QB who can throw, WR AJ Green is a great speedster. My advice would be to choose rookies as bench players so don’t consider them as starters. Rookies could go into the best or image.
A good strategy to start with is to have the first 4 rounds and have a draft strategy based on your position in the draft – top 5,next 5 or the last 2.Once you have 4 players registered, then build a team around them. More than draft night, managing players each week and waivers play a big role. Another big thing is the bye week. We need to make sure that two of your RBs don’t have the same bye week and the same wide receivers are used.
If they have a QB, 1 RB and 1 WR from the same team, there are chances that 3 players will be bye week at the same time. So a bye week is the key to really getting ready.
