I have had many types of baths in my life. I have tried terry cloth, silk, polyester, cotton, linen, and many other fabric blends. But I found most of the dresses either cheap, or rough, or heavy. I always wanted a bank coat, but I found it too expensive and impractical. Find the perfect bathing suit at last in the Cloudspun coat by Victoria’s Secret. Cloudspun is the softest bath robe I’ve ever seen. Cloudspun bath robe is incredibly light but very warm. It is exactly what I was looking for in a bath robe.
SIZES & DISTANCE:
Victoria’s Secret sells Cloudspun shirts both in stores and online at the site. Two lengths of Cloudspun bathrobe are available from Victoria’s Secret. Longer length is a mid-calf length bathing suit. Shorter than mid-thigh length, bathing suit length. Those who are asked will find that a longer length can be made around the ankles, but the floor does not feed.
Victoria’s Secret carries Cloudspun bathing suits in sizes small, medium, large and extra large. From my experience, the robes are true to size, and there is no need to order one size larger to accommodate bulky pajamas.
COLORS:
Victoria’s Secret’s Cloudspun bath robes come in five colors right now. Victoria’s Secret is known for frequent interruptions or different colors, so the colors may vary from those listed. At the moment, swimwear comes in both solid colors and stripes.
Currently available colors are:
1) Purple and white striped pattern
2) Two tone pink in a horizontal striped pattern
3) water blue-green solid with white heart detail
4) hot pink solids
5) Creamy solid ivory
FEATURES:
Cloudspun bath robes by Victoria’s Secret are well-made, durable, and thoughtfully detailed. Bathing gowns have a slip belt fabric that threads through two belt loops. In addition to this, the belt is tied inside the shirt, to it with or outside the belt. The dress has a loop on the inside of the neck and hangs on a hook over the bathroom door.
Cloudspun bath robes from Victoria’s Secret have a wide shawl collar that is very comfortable and does not scratch the neck in any way. Bathing gowns also feature two large front pockets. The sleeves of the bathing suit are of course long, full length. The sleeves have rolled cuffs sewn together with two side seams. The stitches are quite secure, but women with longer elbows may need to carefully remove these stitches and adjust the cuffs to fit.
FABRIC:
It is a wonderfully soft material for fabric. It feels something like very soft chenille, but not quite chenille. It’s 100% polyester, but somehow feels more like cotton to the touch. The shirt itself was made in China.
Victoria’s Secret describes the dress like this, and I have to agree. “Over the top it feels like heaven against your skin. . .
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
The Cloudspun bath robe from Victoria’s Secret care instructions are totally simple. The bath robe is machine washable in cold water. Clothing should be color washed only. Straight street should never be used, except in non-chlorine bleach, and only when needed. The coat can be tumble dried on a low heat dryer. The iron can be cooled if needed. But I don’t think that’s ever necessary since it doesn’t seem to be a very wrinkled fabric.
I personally recommend washing the garment immediately before wearing it. I used Simple Lavender Vanilla liquid fabric softener in the Downy ball in the wash and this cloth went into the laundry softener.
