A few years ago I would see people in the dentist’s office getting their teeth whitened. It was an expensive procedure and something that was never seriously considered due to the cost and inconvenience of multiple office visits.
In the past year or two I noticed these white rimmed products on the health and beauty shelves shelves of various stores. I don’t usually watch TV or look at coupons, so if I’m too lazy to get a new product, that’s why. I usually just shop for what I need and don’t browse around for anything that isn’t on my mental list. But every time I buy toothpaste or toothpaste or my toothbrush, I see these blue boxes with a comb and different brands.

That product was Crest Whitestrips Premium Plus. There was no set version of the brand that compared itself to Premium Plus and I wanted to see the results right away.
At home, I opened my package of Crest Whitestrips Premium Plus and read the directions. It seemed easy enough. With the lower teeth and one removed from the upper ones. These are the first, not the side and back teeth. There were no options for the side and back teeth. The label suggested wearing these gel strips for 30 minutes. The booklet also said that you can talk on the phone, take a shower, and do all of this while wearing the Whitestrips Premium Plus comb. I’m surprised he didn’t say he could ride a horse and change the oil in a car at the same time too. I get this point, these are supposed to be really comfortable and I don’t even wear them noticeable.
I said the instructions before using the pads not before using teeth. It doesn’t make sense to me that you think you want to whiten your teeth with them. I didn’t follow any striking recommendations and brush my teeth anyway.
The directions warned that my fingers might get white spots if the gel touched my skin, but it washed off easily. They were right. I carefully opened these packages and when it was time to strip the clear gel, I felt like a real klutz. They slipped and folded and I could tell I probably needed tweezers with my impatient fingers. I realized that the hammers are smaller than the foils they are drawn from so I need to pull a thin clear strip from the bad place. My opinion
Cresta Whitestrips Premium Plus actually works to whiten teeth. In fact, one tooth had enamel work done several years ago and Crest says white bands don’t dental whitening work, but apparently it worked on me anyway. The gluteus is the most important thing in the criticism of the god’s pain. I feel like I’m devouring these bandages and sometimes they slip out of place. I really wish they made these bands longer and wider so they could fold over the teeth better and hold better. I also want to pull out the hammers the size of a nail so that I don’t shake them as we slide out of the hole in the rim. If you use these packages, you’ll know what I’m talking about. Imagine the Booklet’s schedule. You have to pop the sticker out of bounds. In this case it is a clear gel strip. But when the entire boundary is lined with a slippery gel, it all slides when you try to remove the medium. Extremely awkward. Even the lower teeth don’t seem to stay in place or be the right size. I know other people have experienced these sliding problems as well, so I won’t challenge them. These Crest Whitestrips are very difficult to use.

Whitestrips contain hydrogen peroxide, which they claim is “the same enamel safe as the ingredients used in professional tooth whitening. . They also say” Hydrogen peroxide has been used in various products and at various levels for whitening teeth since the 1980s and is also found in common toothpastes sold.
The Cresta website also says it’s good to use two boxes in a row to get more whitening. Although they recommend using one to two boxes every 12 months.
They say there is no adverse effect on swallowing the gel because it contains such a small amount of peroxide.
