Product Review: Insolia High Heel Insoles

High heels are going to be comfortable, wear them every day. Instead of just providing more cushioning like every other shoe insert out there, Insolia high heel inserts are created to change the way your feet press on.

Standing in high heels all day can cause pain in your legs and lower back. Pain in the causes uneven pressure on the balls of the feet, from a change in balance and the way your weight with the heels you wear Unusually high heels reduce the pressure on the balls of your feet by shifting your weight back onto your heels, which is more natural. Other shoes only add cushioning, which does nothing to balance or the pressure you feel on your feet.

As someone who loves high heels, but wears them less every day due to lower back pain and sore feet, I rushed to buy Insolias as soon as I heard about them. I don’t use any insoles, I usually wear them with high heels, so I decided to compare both Insoles and popular shoe insoles for the difference.

While I usually wear high heels, I don’t wear them for the day, but I wear them for day parties, dancing or a meeting. If I wear high heels for a long time, they will come off at one point or another, even for just a couple of minutes. To test both pairs of insoles I chose the heels I was most uncomfortable wearing and walked in both of them dancing the night away, making sure I was on my feet about the same amount of time.

To begin with, the regular insoles were deformed when I wore laced gear, and the crimson-colored insoles pulled out from under my feet. Five hours of dancing left my legs tired and achy again at the end of the night. The inserts were a relief though, the feet themselves were not tired, but I still felt some pain. In the end, I sat through the night doing a few dances, because my legs were tired and my legs and back were still very much used to the inserts. Six bucks spent without support is not impressive.

After the third day I used Insolia, the first thing I noticed was that the shape and size of the insole was twisted. Insoles do not remove the entire sole of the shoe, but the insoles are very thin and fit around your heel, and then reduce to sit under the very beginning of the ball of your feet. With an unusual twist shape to fit the foot, they are semi-stretchable to retain their shape but also offer a natural fit.

I noticed a difference almost immediately after standing in the shoes, it almost felt like a push back into the shoes. It served as an unusual reminder to stand straight, and I never have a balance that I never have when wearing heels alone. After dancing for six hours and still not feeling anything pain in my lower back I still didn’t feel it. to catch my breath or to drink.

At the end of the night I did sore-feet”>sore feet but not because of my feet. Too much dancing and a clumsy partner. I have worn Insolias and all heels, even chain heels, because they give me pain relief never I had it all day, even now, I put on my heels in the morning and stayed in them until I got home. If you experience lower back pain due to wearing high heels, insoles are definitely an option you should look into.
