I’m not much for trends, but I’m thrilled when shirt length shirts hit stores everywhere. Finally, there was a shirt that covered my stomach to spare the fabric. Standing at 5’9″ tall, I am still the shortest woman in my father’s family. My aunt and her daughters are close to 6ft, and the most women’s clothing made for women near the average height of 5’6” is a problem we all share. While petites have had their section for years, tall women have had a pretty hard time finding sleeves, hemlines and inseams. Even if you find a store that offers plus sizes, they are often only in plus sizes. To help all tall women out, I’ve compiled this list of 5 websites that offer a nice selection of the latest dresses specifically cut for tall women.

It is best that the sizes are the same as usual, but proportionate to women over 5’11. So while I’m technically shorter for their sizes, you’ll forgive me if I used an extra 2 inches of length in the sleeve. . Inseams come in 34″ as well as 36″. Sizes run from 2T to 16T. People should also have a look, because unlike many brands that only make large and tall sizes, Gap sells in sizes from xs to xxxl.

Sizes run from 4 to 16 and the largest pants are 36″ inseam. As a lake site the prices are higher than most of the other sites on the list, but not unreasonable.

Some styles run several sizes larger than normal, simply because they are tall, but Joy has a handy little “Singing Generously” warning to let you know. While the site doesn’t have a huge selection, it does have a variety of styles and prices (for example, jeans prices range from $60 to $140.) and it’s worth searching around to find one piece.

It also has a huge online selection of maternity wear, and the most exquisite collection of dresses I’ve seen in any large women’s clothing store. Inseam lengths range from 34 to 38 inches and the prices are reasonable. I just wanted to open a store near me.
Long graceful legs For very long legs, choose this set. Feather inseams up to 39 inches, pant in several attractive styles. This site also has a few items in every category from active work to career slips. They also carry women’s shoes sizes in 10-13, many sizes are halved as well.
