We’ve been eating a little more of the Special K cereal this year. They really seem to help me lose weight if I combine them with a good exercise routine. When Kellogg’s came out with Special K snack bars, I was quick to try them. After I stopped my bad snacking habits with 90 calorie Special K snacks, my weight went down every week. So when Kellogg’s protein barss came out, I didn’t hesitate to buy them.
There are three flavors to choose from in the protein powder line, chocolate peanut butter, double chocolate, and strawberry. . I found peanut butter on sale at natural peanut butter, so I bought them. There are eight, 1.59 ounce bars in each box. In my area, the price of each box is a little over six dollars. It seems high, but it should be kept in mind that replace a meal, namely a dinner of a higher price.
Chocolate peanut butter is a white box with a halved bottom sprinkled with what is supposed to be a wave of peanut butter. There is an actual image of the bar in the lower right corner, enlarged to show the texture. We know that the oval bar has 10 pounds of protein. The manufacturer’s K is signed in the middle, specially above Kellogg, and the word sometimes next to it. There is a red band running across the top.
The back box has a small paragraph that describes how you can stay on track and help manage your weight loss goals. There is also an image of several products Special K offers on the back, as well as on one side of the box. nutrition facts are on the other side of the box. There are 190 calories per bar, with 50 calories coming from fat. They are 23 grams of carbohydrates, along with 13 different vitamins and minerals.
When I tried the Special K protein bar dinner, I was pleasantly surprised. It tastes really pretty good. It satisfies chocolate cravings since it’s much better for me than a bag of Hershey’s kisses. Even my kids like the taste of these bars and constantly ask me if they can have one. I will say, however, that it is not complete. They don’t even seem to stay with you. I seemed to want a snack-bars”>snack before eating one of the barriers than I usually do after eating a regular meal. The other thing I don’t like bars because they make me really thirsty.
I am completely happy with the bike with the Special K suspension bars. I will probably buy them again if I can find a coupon or sale.
