I recently ran across the Amazon Mechanical Turk in my never-ending search for a job. Since it was a decent company, I signed up and gave it a shot. Here is a review of my first week or so of using this program.
Signup for Amazon Mechanical Turk is quick, simple and easy. It’s probably less than a fraction of the money that goes into software development. Mechanical Turk calls these hits and they are simply small tasks that people need done. You can browse through the Hits and read what you want to practice at work. The work is very simple such as commenting on blogs, posting pictures, rewriting sentences or paragraphs, writing short articles, and other quick work The problem is that Mechanical Turk only considers these works that are valid. A penny or so for pictures, maybe 50 cents to rewrite a paragraph, $1.50 to put up 15 posters, etc. In short, there is no place to get rich.
While most jobs at Turkish Mechanics pay only slavishly at best, there are some jobs that pay $5 or so. This usually means writing articles, rewriting articles, writing fairly extensive reviews, etc. While you could make money doing this, my time is better spent writing articles for Affiliate Content or working on articles for printing publications. However, if you are unemployed, or work outside the home you can be a mechanic outside the home. source of income for you. Some hits also offer bonuses for doing quality work. I haven’t done all these hits to determine the amount of likelihood of getting the goods so I can’t really comment on them. Once you receive the HIT you have time to complete the HIT, but in my experience the cheat time is much longer than it needs to be.
Payment by Turkish Mechanics is fairly quick, usually within a day in my experience. Payments are put into the operators Amazon Payments Account. Payment can be transferred to bank account or using Amazon.com.
While Amazon’s Turkish Mechanics payments aren’t going to make anyone rich, the program is somewhat addictive. Once rolling, it’s hard to stop. I sat for 15-20 minutes completing 1 and 2 cent hits because they are just fun. If you spend a lot of time on the Internet games you can add a lot of time to complete the hits in the Amazon mechanics Turks make a little money.
