The texture of the pie was sensational after the crust was baked. The crust is quite soft, but firm and not fluffy – lots of crumbs oft. The texture of Pillsbury’s Pie Crust is a good marriage of fruit filling, providing a very satisfying pie.

The regular retail price of a single 15-ounce package of Pillsbury Pie Crusts at a Hartford, Connecticut area supermarket is about $2.99. Considering the great taste, texture and overall quality of the crust, I think this is a reasonable price.
