Tight lips are painful, unattractive and can be painful. While there are always a multitude of choices in stores for coffee beans and other solutions, you can also make some natural solutions at home. I know I’ve wasted more lip balm than the stick I’ve used or run the tubes through the washer. . After using these two solutions at home I never have that problem.
When working with essential oils, less is always more. Do not exceed the recommended amounts, and test allergic reactions when you first use the medicine. These mixtures should be stored in airtight containers between uses, and kept in a cool, dark place. You can multiply these mixes to make larger batches, but make sure to keep the same proportions and consistency and safety standards. I didn’t tell you to use carrier-oils”>oil in the oil mixture, because you can pick your favorite. We usually use vegetable oil or oil. However, if you want a thicker oil, you may want to use coconut or a similar solid oil.

The essential oils used here are common and can be bought at many health food stores, and specialty stores that carry herbs. If you don’t have one or more of these essential oils, some substitutions can be made. Rose, sandalwood or neroli essential oils can be used instead of the oils I used. Just remember to replace the essential oil in aloe vera gel or carry the same. There are also several reputable online sellers for essential oils, and even some that you can find through Amazon. Two online retailers that I trust are Birch Hill Happenings and Young Living Essential Oils. Both sites can also have questions answered on specific perfumes.
