It seems that every other girl in the world has the most perfect and beautiful hair, while yours is dry and brushed out. But to me it seemed like the end of the world. I have always had curly, matted hair. By the time I got to seventeen I realized I needed to trim it once in a while to keep it nice. But then, I also realized that I had to change hair colors and went through about a dozen dyes at home. in a few months. This was the worst thing that could have happened. The hair finally healed, years later. Genetically having frizzy hair, I suffered from too much dye and too little care.
First of all, I tried everything as usual. You can find anything expensive in a beauty magazine and I have tried all the dry frizzy hair control recipes at home. They don’t work! Garnier Fruits, Pantene, and other top brands did nothing for me. All the egg yolks, yogurt stirs, vinegar and mayonnaise washed in the world smell of nothing but hair.
Here are the best ways I’ve found to help manage dry, frizzy hair;
1. Chlorine
Like to work out in the gym every day and finish the workout with a swim and relaxing time in the hot tub. Is he complaining? Yes! Chlorine will dry out your hair faster than anything, and it will turn green even if you are blonde. If you have dry frizzy hair, this is definitely something wrong. Keep your hair in a high bun while you swim and relax to protect against chlorine.
2. Hot irony
The second thing I learned about turning dry frizzy hair into beautiful curls is that I can’t use curling irons. or flat iron. They are very hard on your hair. Save these for special occasions, and your hair will thank you for it. Remember to always use a protective coat on the hair before using the conditioner. You can buy conditioner work, or a protective shower. Use a spray product called Ion Heat Protection.
3. Protein Filler
If you have dry, frizzy hair, it’s likely that your hair is too thin. If hair dries very quickly it is because your hair is very thin. This is often caused by dying hair too often, which opens the shaft to shed color. Protein filler is a cheap way hair. Fortunately, if you look past the pretty bottle, you’ll know that most of these French creams don’t do much for you. The absolute best deal I’ve used is about $4 per bottle. It is made in Australia and comes in a purple bottle.
Because they have dry frizzy hair, I don’t use their normal conditioner. Buy Aussie 3 Minute Miracle deep. This condition should be used once or twice a week, but if you have frizzy dry hair you should use it daily as a regular conditioner. It works great!
5. Hair Mask
Hair masks are great for dry frizzy hair! For a little over a dollar I bought a single use hair mask at Wal Mart which is amazing to me. hair! If you try nothing else in this article, try one of these packages in the hair section at Wal Mart. There are several different “flavors” with two different creams in each package. Do this once or twice a week and you should see a noticeable difference in your normally frizzy hair.
6. Hair
I found out that it is important to braid your hair at night to prevent frizz. Because you toss and turn in your sleep, your hair can rub against itself and on the pillow, which causes friction and frizz. Braid your hair at night, and even during the day every once in a while to help dry your frizzy hair. I have found the best thing to do is to rub an amount of powerful conditioner through the hair at night, especially on the ends, twists and turns, and throughout the night. Then wash it off in the morning while you shower.
7. Do not shampoo every day.
Your hair needs natural oils of its own, so do a shampoo every other day. I still condition my hair every day. If you want to go the extra mile, shampoo your hair every third day, using a little conditioner in the middle of the day to help the shampoo wash away dirt. Make sure that when you use shampoo, you season it first. this will protect you from twisting. After you’ve used the shampoo, condition it again to provide extra protection.
