Number 5. Screen on the Green in Balboa Park
For the past 5 or 6 years, the San Diego Art Museum located in Balboa Park has also sponsored an annual summer event called Green Screen. This event usually occurs in late June or early August and involves a film screening of the show that is shown at the nearby museum. Movies usually play every Thursday and start after sunset. People who go to watch usually bring lawn chairs, blankets, baskets, food, drinks, and picnics. This event is for all ages and is very good for going out, meeting friends or even for a romantic date.
Number 4 – Humphreys Concert by the Bay

Number 3 – Del Mar Fair
Every summer starting in June in San Diego the annual Del Mar County Fair takes place. This event attracts thousands and thousands of people and lasts until July 4. If you’ve never been to the fair and you’re going to be in San Diego this summer, you need to go to the Del Mar Fair. This provides a nice variety of things that will fill all the you are family members. The fair offers great shows, entertainment, competitions, kid events, animals, displays, great food, music; concerts, carnivals, rides, games, entertainers, and more that you must see. Number 2 – Annual San Diego Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Parade and Festival
This unique event happens every year usually in the second or third week of July. This event is more accurate for people who support or support the LGBT community. This event celebrates pride in same-sex couples and different sexual identity orientations. During this weekend many parties and events take place. There are two main events in the Parade which usually takes place on Saturday, and the festival on both Saturday and Sunday. Different businesses and organizations march through the parade and celebrate their pride and participation.
