Jaqua Bath and Beauty’s Pink Buttercream Frosting Body Mist currently comes in one size of 118ml/4 fluid ounces. I was initially taken with Jaqua’s creams, until my husband gave me a gift basket with the body mist, for our anniversary.
Jaqua Bath and Beauty products are consistently top quality items. This body mist is heavenly. It’s made of many natural ingredients such as Vitamin E,(which is used for decreasing the effects of the sun, aid in soothing dry skin, and helps diminish stretch marks), Aloe Vera Extract, (which sooths skin and helps with irritation), and it is alcohol free, so it won’t dry out your skin.
The Pink Buttercream Frosting smells just like cake batter, or a freshly made cake. It smells so good, that when I’ve greeted friends with a hug, they often come back for a second whiff. As good as it smells, it isn’t overly sweet nor is it overpowering. It is a light lingering of cakey goodness.
Another reason that I was taken with this product is not only the scent, but the fact that it goes on smoothly and does not leave a greasy residue behind. It has never left a mark or stain on my clothing, night shirts or bed sheets. Your skin will absorb it very quickly and leave your skin feeling satiny. As a person with very sensitive skin I was initially hesitant with using the product on more sensitive areas such as my chest and neck. I did a test spray on a small area and waited. Zero itching and irritation occurred. I now use it all over. For those of us, who do a close personal shave of the bikini area, it is wonderful for soothing irritation from the razor.
In addition to the Pink Buttercream Frosting Body Mist, Jaqua also has the mist in fragrances such as Peach Parfait Body Mist with Aloe as well as White Rose Bergamot Body Mist. They all are priced around the suggested retail price of $22.
At times you are able to find Jaqua on Ebay, selling most commonly as “Jaqua” as opposed to “Jaqua Beauty” or “Jaqua Bath and Beauty.”
Other recommended Jaqua products would include their Shea Body Butters. As a little hint, the only difference between the Buttercream Frosting Body Butter and the Pink Buttercream Frosting Body Butter is the latter is pink in color. I will admit to an addiction to anything Jaqua Buttercream, but the Mint Chocolate Lip Whip is a great gloss packed with vitamins and has a mint chocolate fragrance. The Pumpkin Papaya Puree Enzyme Face Masque not only leaves you feeling clean, but your skin attains a healthy glow.
Alas, the Body Mists have yet to be incorporated into their gift sets, but hopefully they will soon.
Though the price may seem a little steep, they are well worth every penny. Everyone deserves to treat themselves once in a while. We often get so busy with work, kids, work, relationships, (did I mention work?), that we often forget to take care of ourselves. Even if its five minutes after a shower rubbing in Jaqua’s Body Mist, do it. You are worth it.
