About a year ago, a good friend of mine introduced me to the Jamaican Sauce. This hot and spicy sauce is usually made with allspice, hot peppers such as cloves, thyme, garlic and other spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. A few months ago vessel A.1. Jamaican Jerk Marinade and I think it would be a good product to review.

Consistency / Texture
This Jamaican jerk marinade is not as thick as most catsups, but it is quite thick. It is slightly thicker than the regular A.1. Condiment meat sauces is cohesive and mixes well with starches and vegetables. Although it’s a single tablespoon serving of this sauce, that one tablespoon packs in a lot of heat and flavor.

Taste / Taste
In terms of accuracy, I only tasted a tiny bit of A.1. Jamaican Jerk Marinade The marinade tasted slightly sweet, but building like a slow volcano, the sensation of heat that grows intensely forms in the roof of the back of the mouth. The taste is Germanic, with flavors of allspice, hot peppers and thyme predominating and extracts of cinnamon, nutmeg; Mix by adding molasses, scallops and garlic. If it was a little sweeter, I think the marinade would taste better.
The heat in this marinade is not overly hot, but it is hotter than I thought it would be. If you use this marinade, know that a little goes a long way. In addition to mixing the marinade with teriyaki sauce, I also mixed the marinade with catisup one time to extend it and control the heat a bit. The heat does not last long.
So far I have used A.1. Jamaican Jerk Marinade with shredded grilled pork, stirring in beef stock, mixed with teriyaki sauce for baked mail and green beans from it added a touch of canned. Even after using this marinade at least four times, the jar is still 3/4 full.
On a taste scale of one out of ten, I would give this product a rating of 8.75.
