I’ve always been into Albert VO5 hot oil treatments, but I only used to buy them sparingly because I hated all the heating in a glass of hot water before using the crap. I like quick showers where the products are convenient to make my life easier, and when I saw the Albert VO5 Hot Oil Shower Works Hair Treatment, Moisturizing Formula, I had to have it!
Why?
It’s plain and simple….there was no pre-heating needed for this hot oil treatment. All I had to do was apply a few dabs of it to my hair before styling and conditioning.
In this new rule of unnecessary heating, I was surprised how well the treatment worked.
My experience:
I dye my hair, and apply a generous amount of Albert’s VO5 Hot Oil Shower Works Hair Treatment, wetting formula to mine. hair I waited one minute; used and washed off.
It made me silky and light. The smell was also to die for, and it reminded me of IOVAN MOSQUITO. A scent I have always loved. For those who don’t know what IOVAN smells like, I’ll say it’s a warm musk, infused with light floral and vanilla notes. Such delish ultricies!
Although Albert VO5 Hot Oil Shower Works Hair Treatment, Moisturizing Formula doesn’t mention anything about using the conditioner after the treatment, I used it anyway . There was no way I could get the brush through my hair without being able to do this.
Results:
After getting out of the shower and waiting for hair to dry I noticed a certain difference. My hair was soft, had no frizz, and felt pretty! Hair never really feels good while it’s drying. It usually dries with sticky frizz, loaded with knots, and has a dirty kinky feel.
Dry hair with Alberto VO5 Hot Oil Shower Works Hair Treatment, Moisturizing Formula was different in it. It is quite another thing. It pleased me; I loved it, and that muddy smell was standing all over the dew.
Over:
I only use Alberto VO5 Hot Oil Shower Works Hair Treatment, Moisturizing Formula about 3 times a month. Using it too many times in one week tends to make your hair look dull and weighed down. I have thick hair and trust me a little goes a long way.
Recommended:
I recommend using Alberto VO5 Hot Oil Shower Works Hair Treatment, Moisturizing Formula only when hair is dull and lifeless. This really hot oil treatment does the job, and it does it well. I recommend using it every other week, and I recommend only a pea-sized drop for shorter, finer hair.
If you were a fan of the original hot oil treatments, you will love it. saves time, and just as well, if not better.
