Comments needed for DIY Home Manicure and Pedicure
You probably already have many of the things you need for a manicure and pedicure at home. Gather an emery board, a bundle, a bowl of warm water, a dish of palm oil cleansing liquid, a cuticle pusher, a cuticle clipper, a nail clipper, a wet hand, a hand towel, a polish, and an exfoliator (store bought or homemade).
I recommend Sally Hanson nail strengthening and finishing if needed.
For the pedicure you also need an exfoliating tool and moisturize to increase circulation and soften the rough skin around the heels. I recommend the Miracle Foot Repair Cream.
DIY: Making ahome manicure
The first thing to do is about the nail and the shape of the nails. A round nail is the easiest, but blunt for active hands, a little more oval for a professional look, or pointed can be applied. The shape in which you decide to file the nail can be determined by the length of the nail.
Insert the nails
Check the length and condition of the nails before you start. Over-trimmed nails need to be filed before you start. The nails need to be too long to be clipped back. Use nail clippers for toenails.
Start at the corners and file towards the center. They run together on both sides before the nail. Do not move the nail from the top of the saw. That weakens the nail, destroys the shape you are trying to achieve, and ends up with a broken nail manicure.
Manicurehand care
Once the nails are inserted, you will soak your hands in warm water with a drop of Palmolive distinguished in it warm water. Other dish cleaners now have hand softeners in them. It’s okay to use what you have. Palmolive was the only original soap and hand sanitizer.
For the next 5-10 minutes, soak dry hands while the other continues to soak. Use an exfoliating cream to remove dry, rough skin from the hand.
Cuticle care
Light your hand, and dry it again. Look at the cuticles. If you pick your fingers or bite your nails, loosen the skin around the cuticles that should be gently torn. Be careful not to cut the cuticle.
Repeat the cuticle of each nail using a cuticle pusher. Carefully cut off the excess cuticle with a cuticle trimmer.
A good manicure includes gentle hand and finger massage
They hang gently using their hands and fingers. Gently work the lotion into the skin. As you rub your hands with each finger, the friction spirals in a downward motion, as if you are pulling a force from the body. After the hands are wet and loosened the dirt from any excess paint.
Repeat the process above with the other hand.
Polish with nails
Weak nails may require nail strengthening prior to application of polish polish from the back of the nails and pull the color to the end of the nail .Let the first coat dry, and then apply the second coat. /a> finishers, but liquid finishers are less expensive and work just as well.
Allow time for the nails to dry completely, and then repeat the manicure process for the nails.
DIY Make a lice house
If you do a home manicure and pedicure at the same time, do a pedicure first. Otherwise, the pedicure process may damage your freshly manicured nails.
Collect toenail clippers, an emery board, a file, a container of hot water, a dish of palm oil cleaning liquid, a cuticle pusher, a cuticle trimmer, moisturizer to increase circulation and soften the rough skin around the heels by setting (I recommend Miracle Foot Repair Cream), hand washing, polishing, finishing and exfoliating (store bought or homemade).
Filing keys
Check the length and condition of the nails before you start. Clipping and filing nails is a little more difficult than filing manicure nails. Overly serrated nails need to be trimmed evenly before you start filing. The claws are too long to grip the back.
Start at the corners and file towards the center. They run together on both sides before the nail. Do not move the nail from the top of the saw. That weakens the nail, destroys the shape you are trying to achieve, and ends up with a broken nail manicure.
Pedicurefoot care
Once the nails are inserted, soak the feet in warm water with two to three drops of palm oil dissolved in it. Other dish cleaners now have hand softeners in them. It’s okay to use what you have.
For the next 10 minutes sit one foot while the other continues to soak. Use an exfoliating tool, followed by an exfoliating cream to remove dry and rough skin from the foot. Focus on rough, dry, cracked heels.
Toenail care
I wash my feet and dry them again. Gently break loose skin around cuticles or nails. Be careful not to cut the cuticle or the nail too much.
Push back the cuticle on the nails using a cuticle pusher. Carefully cut off the excess cuticle with a cuticle trimmer. Gently clean under each hoof and pick up any fuzz between the big toe and big toe.
A good pedicure brings a soft foot massage
Massage the foot gently, pulling gently on the toes to stretch. care for tender spots on the foot. Work the ball of the foot with the thumb, moving by gently massaging the arch, adding a little more pressure to the ball. The foot lotion works by moisturizing the skin. Sometimes a wet foot and a loose, uncontrollable cut off all means of applying a moisturizer.
Repeat the above process with the other foot.
Polish with nails
Begin polishing at the back of the nail, and draw the color forward to the end of the nail. Expand, refine. Allow the first coat to dry, and then apply the second coat. Once the coat has dried again, move it to the finish line. Spray on finishers dry faster than liquid nail polish makers, but liquid finishers are less expensive and work just as well.
Allow time for the nails to dry thoroughly, and then repeat the process of polishing the lice on the other foot.
