Hot Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
1 Can Whole Artichoke heart in water – drained and chopped

Ingredients:

In a small skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the tomatoes, onion, and jalapenos. Cook until the onion is done. Remove from heat. Cut the Velvette cheese into large cubes. Place in a large bowl. 1 Small container of Salsa
1 Can of Black Beans – drained
Prepare the chile con queso dip as directed above. Pile tortilla chips on a large serving platter. Throw in just enough chip dip to make a light coat of most. Wait until you are ready to serve or you will have to eat if you prepare further. Mix together the salty and sour cream, then pour over the queso dip. Sprinkle the onions and black beans on top. Ready to serve. Make both this recipe and the queso recipe a great side dish that will go a long way with your guests.
