A Traditional Sudanese Food Recipe

What is (Aseeda) Sudanese pulp:

Aseeda (porridge) is one of the most popular dishes in Sudan, and there is almost no Sudanese home that does not have this basic dish, especially on special occasions and holidays.

Aseeda is a type of polenta and a full-fledged meal in itself. It is made from water, salt and flour. The flour can be wheat flour or other types of flour, such as sorghum flour.

All these weights are placed in the fire to form a coherent, ripe and edible mass.

Aseeda itself is not enough; What to eat with this polenta:

Aseeda I ate with many Sudanese traditional cooking is basically made from broken okra grains, including (Frizzling and Nuaimiya and Wicca), and cooking mixed with fresh okra. Or a decoction that is made mostly of yogurt and flour.

Aseeda Sudanese is often used in the following events in Sudan:

How to make Aseeda (pulp): RECIPE

Sudanese mushroom dish: 3 kg
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Preparation time: 10 minutes

Aseeda (Pridge) originates from millet flour (wheat), originating from the western part of Sudan (Darfur) and is eaten every day.

Ingredients:

2 kg of millet flour
2 liters of water

Just :

1- The water was heated on the fire until it was close to boiling.
2- In the meantime half a kilo of flour is prepared in the form of light flour.
3- Then add a mass of heated water and leave for about 10 minutes;
4- Add the rest of the flour in batches, until the mixture becomes a bit strong.
5. Allow to heat gently for 10 more minutes.
6- Pour into a bowl and cool the power, and thus the pulp is ready to be used.

be served with any of the following cooking:

ROB cooks.

Ingredients:

½ cup of water
2 onions or half a cup of soft onion powder
3 cloves of garlic or a tablespoon of garlic powder.
2 green peppers
3 tablespoons of butter
2 large cups plain plain yogurt
4 tablespoons sprinkled on the general purpose
Salt to taste
Red pepper powder or chili as required (optional) back
Tablespoon of oil.

Just: –

Preparation:

1- Two plain cups of yogurt in a natural bowl.
2. 1 peeled onion, garlic, green and red peppers in yogurt.
Mix 3- 4 tablespoons of flour into it and stir slowly, without putting it on fire.
4 left covered for 1/2 hour

Heating :
1. When finished, put oil and onion in a pan and heat, add water.
2. Leave to heat for 10 minutes while stirring and adding salt and pepper.
3. Add the yogurt mixture to the pan.
Heat over medium heat, stirring slowly and frequently with a spatula, until heated to boiling point. You can add salt at this time to taste.
5. Within 7 minutes bubbles will form around the edge of the pan.
6. Pour into a bowl, stir until mixed, and then you can add the butter.
7. This rapto can be cooked or eaten with bread!

1- Get the bigger bowl that Aseeda made ready to take.
2- Bowl with Aseeda inverted inside a larger bowl.
3- Bowl with Aseeda… leaving Aseeda in a larger bowl in the shape of a firmament.
4- The ROB is covered in Aseeda step by step starting from the top until the Aseeda ROB is covered until the bowl is half filled.
5. The meal is ready to be eaten by spooning Aseeda with cocl, and dipping it in ROB sides.
6- Gradually pour more of the ROB into the bowl as required.
