Around the World in 80 Plates (BRAVO)

In a slightly different twist for a culinary show, 12 chefs will travel around the world stopping in international cities where they will learn local customs, cultures and cuisines. Then they will have to use that knowledge in culinary challenges presented to them. The final challenge will include reinventing the menus of world-renowned restaurants and facing off in the kitchen.
