Best Bars in Cumming, Ga

Best bars in Cumming, Ga. they all have a few things in common; many drink selections, a dinner menu that keeps people coming back and an upscale, but casual atmosphere. The best bars in Cumming, Ga., are The Back, Good Ol’ Day, and Wayside Peaks Tavern.

Good Ol’ Days, at 409 Cumming Rd. just sit back at one of the relaxing bars and have a good time. They have something every night of the week and open mic night is my favorite because it’s always fun to see people get up in front of a crowd to laugh, think, or scratch their heads and wonder, what just happened? Good Ol’ Day also has trivia night which is always fun when friends come over. Trivia can be a form of habit forming, which is the goal for me, because it encourages learning. Live entertainment includes acts like Andrew Back Back N’ Pine City and Ralph Roddenbery for those nights when you want to kick back and listen with a plate of all you can eat Home after a crazy week of work I like patios, especially when spring is in the air. and every one gathers together with his own mind nothing but good.

Yoke, located at 1035 Turner Rd., Cumming, Ga. is an upscale party for those who love dancing, excellent food, and a huge variety of drinks to start the fun. Manuel Covington performs all Rat Pack favorites, Mowtown and Soul all saturday night until about 10:30, then “DJ” Starnes plays the latest hits for anyone who needs to get out there and shake it. I love to dress up and dance, but when I’ve had enough, it’s just as fun to watch everyone else on the floor. Not only does the bar have every drink imaginable, but they also have a menu with a fresh draft of the day that never fails. It is indeed upscale drinking and dining at modest prices. The best part is that no matter how much you eat, you can do it on the dance floor. On Wednesdays, they have a Margarita Martini and dockside extravaganza from 5-9 p.m. Their seafood is absolutely some of the best I’ve ever had, especially the Alaskan Snow Crab legs. This bar also features family night on Thursdays with BBQ pork belly or baby back ribs for $10.95.

Summits Wayside Tavern, at 525 Lake Center Parkway is casual dining with a friendly neighborhood atmosphere. The draft beer selection covers the globe and also includes special seasonal selections. Each day of the month they design a draft pick feature to highlight an upcoming season or holiday. Their spring bowls are not to be missed, and their regular Beer Tastings are great ways to unwind with friends. What makes such a great bar in Cummings Georgia is the continuous effort to honor every day we celebrate with our draft pick moment. For earth, Peaks Wayside offers organic Pecco Ales that you can’t find anywhere else. . Sierra Nevada will soon be celebrating their 30th anniversary by tapping kegs of “Fritz & Ken Ale.” These creative events are what keep Wayside Summits customers coming back. Their menu also aims to please and my favorite dish is their baked goods of the group. It’s lightly seasoned with their famous 23 Ingredient Blend that is now available to the public for $4.99.
With each of these three excellent closures in Cumming, Ga. You can’t go wrong, but think carefully next night so you don’t become another statistic in the
