The Muppet Show: The 10 Best Characters

In another article I did the unthinkable and said something bad about one of the most beloved television shows of all time, The Muppet Show. Now I’ll try and make up for the Muppet Monsters by saying something good. There are some horrible characters in The Muppet Show, but luckily there are also some great ones. These are the 10 best characters in The Muppet Show.

10. Crazy Harry
I am a man. It doesn’t matter if I watched a big screen action movie or a free television show. Anything can be repaired with explosions. He was a crazy Harry character in the Muppet Show that provided his bombs with explosions. I’m mad for the favorite guy who is famous for having bombs all the time? Yeah, maybe.

9. Animals
When I was little Animal was probably my favorite character from the Muppet Show. As I’ve gotten older, I need more substance than Animal, but because that’s my first favorite it still has to be on the list.

8. Sweets
Many Muppets fans don’t recognize Sweetums from his name, but I sure do know who he is. Monster sweetums is a very large brown shaggy. Sweetums would be the biggest Muppet you’ve ever seen. Indeed, a Muppet larger than that appears several times.

7. Beaker
As I said in my article about the 10 Worst Muppet Characters, the sidekicks are usually better than them. Beaker was cheerful. Beaker was very timid but made invaluable facial expressions.

6. Rowlf
Most of the time I couldn’t stand the music on the Muppet Show anymore. Chatting was really flattering. But put Rowlf behind the piano and I’ll be happy to watch.

5. Fozzie Bear
For one time I wanted to be a kid as a stand up comedian because of Fozzie Bear. But I didn’t want to be just a comedian. I wanted to be as bad as Fozzie the Bear. If you think that stand up comedians are good and not well paid, then you should see that the salary of a bad stand up comedian has been checked.

4. Swedish Chef
I don’t know what it is that I like about the Swedish Chef. Maybe I just like characters that you can’t understand, like Beaker, because they certainly don’t say anything stupid or annoying.

3. Mahna Mahna and the Snowths
My favorite skit of all-time on the Muppet Show was the Mahna Mahna song by Mahna Mahna and the Snowths. Mahna Mahna was actually the first pitch in the first event, although it was technically all downhill from there.

2. Gonzo
After my bad stand up comedian time I decided Gonzo is my favorite character on the Muppet Show right now. So I decided what Gonzo was. The problem is I’m not really sure what Gonzo is other than really weird. So I planned to be a foreigner and 20 or so years later I’m still good.

1. Statler and Waldorf
Back in the day I returned like many Muppets because I was cute or furry or funny or not very salty (which made it funny) but as I grew up and became a dog and the worst I learned the best way to live life is to insult and make fun of people. Statler and Waldorf, you are my heroes.
