Healthy Valley Organic Multigrain Apple Cinnamon Square-Ems Cereal Review

Very recently someone gave my son two different boxes of sacrifices. They were organic cereal so I didn’t think about it at all and I actually thought they would be nice to treat him, his breakfast usually consists of toast and fruit, so I’m sure he wants a lot more. It also worked well because at his age, almost two, he is only now getting the comforts of eating cereal from himself. One of the cereals she received was Valley Healthy Multigrain Organic Apple Cinnamon Square-Ems Cereal. This was the first time we tried anything by this brand but the sacrifice sure sounded good.

I thought it was a cereal like Life Cereal with a name like Square-Ems, but actually its square pieces were much larger than life cereal. Super large also does not soften the milk, as you find in other cereals. Besides being crunchy Healthy Valley Organic Multigrain Apple Cinnamon Square-Ems Cereals were also very tasty. I tried a bowl and I personally didn’t like it. My son liked it in a bowl with some rice milk but also preferring it to dry out and finish. So it turns out that the sacrifice looks more like a skirt or a cake than it could have. Unlike cookies though I knew it would give him much better nutrition.

The nourishment of this sacrifice is based on one and a fourth cup. You usually find cereal servings that are between half a cup and a full cup, so I was surprised that the serving size of this cereal would add a quarter cup. I think, however, that this increase is due to the fact that the individual pieces, which are not solid, are so large in the bread. There are two hundred and ten calories with thirty calories from fat in each serving of Valley Health Organic Multigrain Apple Cinnamon Square-Ems Cereal. There are only 125 milligrams of sodium and 180 milligrams of potassium. Cereals offer forty-four grams of carbohydrates, eight grams of carbohydrates, twelve grams of sugar, and five grams of sugar, sometimes in every serving. Twenty percent of the daily need for niacin and riboflavin, twenty-five percent for vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, thirty percent for thiamin and iron , four percent for calcium and eight percent for vitamin C. I thought the amount of vitamin C that comes with this cereal was amazing and wondered what was done to it.

healthy ingredients Valley Organic Multigrain Apple Cinnamon Square-Ems Cereals are organic whole oat flour, organic whole wheat; organic cane juice evaporation, organic oat fiber, organic sulfur and/or castor oil, organic molasses, dried apple granules, sea salt, natural flavors from apples and cinnamon, organic cinnamon, soy lecithin, natural vitamin E and ascorbic acid, which are both . used for greenness, and lastly anatto is added to the natural color. I thought the ingredients looked very good, and that the amount of vitamin C was supposed to be partly from the added ascorbic acid. I would recommend getting this cereal as a dried snack so you don’t really have to worry about it in a bowl with milk. . It is very sweet, but not as they ask, not nearly as sweet as it seems. I don’t think about getting it, but when it’s discounted, it goes on for two boxes for five dollars. Each box contains about five servings so it won’t last a week’s worth of work. We used the box while it lasted even though we didn’t eat milk.
