Chicken and turkey are good examples of leaner foods.
According to Dr. Colbert, “You really are what you eat.” Your clothes may be made of cotton, polyester, rayon or silk, but your body is made of what you put in your mouth.” Colbert recommends eating food in its purest natural forms. Dr. Colbert states that “previous generations were some of the cleanest on the planet. Today, our lifestyle has moved too fast for us to do this, and as a result, our diets are suffering.” Dr. Colbert recommends that we eat some processed foods, with some or all of the 10 things we eat.
