While K-cups are expensive, you can buy a reusable K-Cup so you can fill your own coffee machine at a much more affordable price. Reusable K-cups can be purchased for less than $20. The whole point of a single cup maker is to make one cup, not additional cups. Who wants to wait 4 minutes before even starting to brew? Traditional coffee makers start brewing right away.
