The topic of schools is a big debate, I dare say debated topic. However, it is not entirely clear what society expects from its teachers. When I say this, I obviously do not mean to imply that teachers do not know what their job is or what it is. do. I’m only talking about the “role model” aspect. With increasing controversy over personal, religious and political issues, it seems more and more to be avoided in school. Under such pressures and constraints it is often difficult to say what should or should not be taught. But there is one long-term thing that his teacher’s students can still do. Model for them appropriate behaviors, attitudes, and problem solving skills. This includes showing them a proper and pleasant attitude.
Hopefully, most teachers enjoy their jobs and try to keep a smile even on bad days. But because when did we begin to make teachers fear classes, and call our students desperate? With such an attitude it becomes almost impossible to impart those sweet affections which we want our students to show to their work and to other members of society. It was recently argued by a teacher that there must be truth. “This is what will be done in society if they are rebellious or do not do their work as they should.” That exact statement is part of the problem.

It may be that they are simply idle, or that they are not given the chance or opportunity to show you otherwise. If the teacher looks down on the students they will be less successful. But the key to all these students is to push them. Constantly asking them questions and engaging them in conversations about the current issue encourages them to focus and be able to relate to the class.
I, however, his fallacies, and a remedy is possible. Thinking that your bad attitude must come from your students is a wrong way of thinking. Entering the college with a daily front only drives your students further away from your favor, and further away from them. Your students take risks and expose themselves every day. If there is no faith, how is it secure? It is almost impossible, and so students come up with bad or no answers.
In small schools some are mandated and students are required to show a grade. Other classes are purely voluntary and help students in exam preparation and practical knowledge they acquire. In addition, we have classes where vocabulary teachers rotate each week. I have found that teachers who generally think they are entertaining not only have a larger attendance each week, but also nearly full voluntary classes. On the other hand, when a teacher, whose reputation is too strict, and generally disagreeable, teaching a voluntary class nine times out of ten pupils tends to have none. This also spills over into the making classes. Even if their grade depends on it, if a teacher who is perceived to be rude and unpleasant teaches a weekly rotating vocabulary course, students would rather sacrifice their weekly grade and skip class than deal with that particular teacher. Drastic? Maybe…but the situation is still the same.
Moreover, do we not set an example of how to treat people? Whether their boss should be clamoring for one thing or another is not ours to imitate. Rather, we need to adapt the appropriate model of people>skills for students to acquire before they leave junior high, high school, and even college. . Teachers should start with a smile and deal with each situation with a football attitude. A teacher should never simply return to a struggle with a student’s outcry unless the situation is extreme. For most of them, some kind of request or a simple joke about non-compliance will repel them in the queue. They try to listen to the students in an extremely bad class. If others are unruly, they kindly remove them from the class and continue teaching. There is no need for anger, and showing students this lesson is more valuable than showing that you can shout louder. You have established and gathered your authority, now do you see yourself looking older and wiser? If you are teaching an audience only, make eye contact with those students. Let them know that you want their service well and get the most out of your class. In this way, other students will either want to become part of the lesson, or at least agree, so that their classmates can learn.
In short, the right attitude can change everything. It can change people’s thoughts, behaviors, and attitudes. The way you influence your students is bigger than you know. Fearing your next time you don’t want to put on a lazy smile and a nice attitude and walk around in a hefty paycheck just like you. Be kind, not angry, far better results, and you will gain the admiration and respect of your students.
