Forget about those expensive Vitamin C sprays on the market—the Vitamin C will stay absorbed into your skin (and wash off after you) for up to four days! And yes, use your regular facial skincare products as you wish (follow the instructions).
Day Two of Your Beauty Crash Course
Facial cleansing exercises: Mix about 2 teaspoons of lemon juice with warm water and wash your face with the mixture. Do not take lemon juice in your mouth. Immerse yourself in cold water. This practice helps clear your complexion.
Breakfast: Eat as many blueberries as you want for breakfast.
These are best to buy organic as the berries are high in pesticide residues. You can buy frozen organic blueberries; They are attractive in price and can be kept for a long time. Wait 2 hours or more before eating anything else. This is optional, but if you want instant lighter, brighter, and softer skin, this is a very useful trick to try: At night, before going to bed, apply honey to the skin of your face and neck. Wait for about 25 minutes before washing it off with cold water.
