Anemia: the Definition, the Causes of it and Possible Ways to Prevent It

Anemia is a condition that can make a person very weak and tired. But apart from the fact that you are anemic, what is forbidden and what is actually present, do you feel?

Red blood cells are important to our bodies. They contain hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is what carries oxygen to all the organs and tissues throughout our body. Our bodies need this oxygen to produce energy in order to run well and function properly.

If you have been diagnosed with anemia, some lifestyle changes will help to avoid it in the future;

Participating in moderate exercise

Getting enough sleep

Avoiding alcohol, especially at bedtime

Any other health problems under control such as diabetes or high blood pressure

Eating more foods iron
