Article writing tools like Jonathan Leger’s new Moments Article Wizard have been hitting the market recently, and they sure sound like a good investment. The read program, by far the most popular file, allows you to filter your data into keywords, and then pick and choose which pieces of data to include in your article. There is also less Internet-dependent article programming, such as Article Architect, which is primarily a tool for organizing and analyzing keywords.
The question, of course, is how good these programs are, and whether article writers are using them or not. I bought and tested this software for myself, and the results are quite interesting.
Instant Article Wizard is getting a lot of praise in the online writing community, and I can understand that. Why? He usually does extensive research and creates keyword-happy articles that you simply need to report and fit in your writing style. It does this by starting with a keyword, finding sentences from other articles and websites that contain particulars of that keyword. Sometimes, you can gather from a general sentence that contains both your keywords. So you pick and choose from these sentences until you have a decent looking article.
If it sounds like plagiarism, it is. What they don’t explain with Instant Article Wizard is that you need time to reword the article and every sentence in that article before you can actually submit it. The program has no reason for this, however, how people are inconvenienced.
While sales pages and testimonials will praise this software to help you write articles fast, I’ve found that it doesn’t really save you every time. So much time spent reading and sorting through all the sentences he found on the computer and then editing them that any author who doesn’t plagiarize could write an article faster without help. Of course, you need to do a little research for some specific facts, but whatever this program is not. very useful, and with a cost of $67, I do not recommend using it.
The set I’ve tried that we recommend is called Article Architect, and it’s a completely different beast. This is more of an organizational tool and a keyword research tool than an article writer.
The strength of this program lies in the designed article process that you use to write your articles. Start an idea about a specific topic with , and start a new project from it. Next, you use a keyword research tool that provides information on the number of searches and the number of competitors who will be competing against you. The idea here is that a relatively high number of searches and a low number of competitors will give you an easily found article, and thus more pages. The software will suggest keywords and display information about a number of searches, highlighting the ones it feels are most useful. You can then save all of these keywords in a database for later use.
If you want to do a little research, the program has a drag and drop interface. So you can gather information from pages that you can use in your articles very quickly.
When you do this, you need to actually write the article, and there is a lot of benefit that Article Architect can help you with. First, choose the keyword you want to target in your article. You can use the headline generating tool to capture the headlines for you. You simply answer four questions, and it fills in the blanks for about 300 possible titles that you can use. Or you can simply write your own.
When you start typing your article, you can use the keyword density analyzer that is built into the software. It will generate, on the fly, information about how often you use your tool of choice, and tell you if the software thinks it’s over- or under-used. This is a fantastic feature that, if used correctly, almost guarantees that your articles will rank high in search engines.
Finally, with the help of the submission tool, it becomes automated. No more saving your Word documents in text format and then copying and pasting them. You can simply click a few times and the program will fill in the information for you.
Then, you can also use the program to track the money you make per article and the number of pages, so you can see at a glance how popular your articles are, and which categories generate the most money or pages. Article Architect has a feature that allows you to post at your leisure, which is great for staying on top of what types of articles work best for you.
I absolutely think everyone who writes articles should give this program a shot. This is pretty cheap at $49.95 (compared to Instant Article Wizard, which costs less at $67, or Keyword Elite, which only has one piece of this software for $99). You can purchase it here.
