If you live in Northern Virginia and love karaoke, you’ll find plenty of bars that offer karaoke. My personal favorite is Broadlands Sports Bar and Grill, where the people are friendly and the selection is amazing. However, there are also many shows put on by local “DJ Mind” MistaFingaz who are fun to hit too.
Associate Consultants is the company that runs most of the shows in Northern Virginia. Some venues are better than others, but you know you’ll always have the same books and song selection from one venue to the next. We hit up Mistafingaz’s karaoke lineup at Eddie’s Fest in Chantilly on Sundays, Ned Devine’s in Herndon on Monday and Wednesday evenings, Blue Iguana in Fairfax on Tuesdays, and Sully’s in Chantilly on Thursdays. Mistafingaz is an excellent host who has a lot of personality and makes you very welcome. After our first trip, he made sure we were on his list so he could invite us to other shows, which says a lot because it’s always nice to receive a personal invitation from a guest. Our top two of these venues are Fast Eddie’s and Sully’s as both places have a great crowd where you can Scortor all listening to the bar while you exercise. The “strongest crowd” I’ve found in Herndon is Ned Devine because they also have an outside patio area that patrons like to hang out in, which can leave the bar inside pretty empty when you go up to sing karaoke.
There are people who go to another place for karaoke at night. Some people call them a karaoke group, but they are a big bunch of people. Meet new, interesting people and make friends quickly. There is also a common reason for a love of karaoke and singing that automatically connects you with people you might not think you have anything in common with. People come to frequent these local karaoke bars from 20-25 thousand (which can drive 45 minutes to an hour. because of friendships which are sometimes built because of the Northern Virginia traffic, which says a lot of gas prices above $4.00 a gallon.
While enjoying the performances put on by Mistafingaz, “Mad DJ,” karaoke favorite bar is Broadlands Sports Bar and Grill. The rod is welcomed by the bar on arrival and you want to break out and sing along almost immediately to the theme song. . The DJ is also very friendly and outgoing, which makes the karaoke show more enjoyable. After our first visit, the waiter and DJ knew our names and invited us to the next karaoke show. I’ve also never had the pleasure of seeing copons get involved in other expensive bars, but one of our own sings at Broadlands. a song while drinking your It goes a long way to a place that goes out of its way to try and make you feel welcome from the second you arrive until the second you leave.
