Beware of Your Tail

Coccyx pain or tailbone pain is very painful and hateful. While sitting in your office, chair you will sit on a hard wooden chair instead of a soft computer chair. Always avoid soft surfaces while sitting. At home, make it a habit not to use soft chairs, but to sit on the floor or use a hard chair. Buy a donut pillow that has a central hole to prevent the tailbone or hip from coming into contact with the surface. This will help the tailbone to be in a relaxed position and the tailbone pain will not arise. The main thing to remember is that they eat quite rough, food in fatty fiber and have medicine that will prevent constipation. Constipation aggravates injury to the tail or coccyx. Drink a lot of water avoid masala diet (food rich in spices).

Therefore, patients suffering from tailbone or coccyx pain should take extra care avoiding soft surfaces. But beware of sleeping with soft beds, and try another position, where you do not have to lie on the bottom side, to avoid pain in the coccyx or tail.
