Blue Clues is an animated show on Nickelodeon, through the Nick Jr. slot. The blue kitten is very intelligent. Depending on whether the show is older or newer, the boss is either Steve, the live-action character, or his brother Joe, who replaces him a few years later. This show focuses on fun ways to incorporate educational materials such as colors, shapes, counting, and the alphabet. It also focuses on life skills such as behavior and emotions.
Each Blues clue begins with a basic theme. It could show and tell the day, or the singing day. Blue must convey a message to his master, such as what book he wants to read, or what song he wants to sing, or what he wants to eat.
