Camelbeach Waterpark in the Poconos: An Adventure You Will Never Forget

Camelbeach Waterpark which is the Camelback Ski Center in the winter is one of the most intense waterparks you will ever see. I will certainly never forget you and your family.

This waterpark is the perfect place to go on a gorgeous summer day. It has so much to offer that sometimes it’s hard to decide what to do first. The park offers activities for pre-school age up to adults. So it’s a great place if you have kids or if your adults are going alone.

Not only there are 22 water slides, but also mini golf, a chairlift ride to the top of the mountain, plus many cases to enjoy food and drink Picnic tables adjacent to the park are available if you bring your own lunch.

One of my favorite rides is Blue Nile Adventure, it’s awesome. All you have to do is put on your tube and swim over waterfalls, bridges and mountains and the nice thing about this ride is that you don’t have to take your tube off, if you want you can swim in the Nile River is all day long.

Then, there are bumper boats you can ride alone or take someone with you. It’s a lot of fun if you come with a group, you can see how often they bump into each other.

You know a better wave pool like Kahuna Lagoon has some of the strongest waves you’ll find in northern Pennsylvania. It promises to feel like swimming in the ocean minus the shells, seaweed and jelly.

In water slides there are endless courses of slides, wool slides, six foot drop slides, you name it. that

Camelbeach is another great food. You’ll find a huge variety of parks and gardens. The cheese steaks at Kahuna are out of this world, they’re Philadelphia style, and they’re not skimpy on onions, peppers or cheese. At the Ducal Grill you have a choice of Burgers, Hotdogs, Fries or Hot Soft Pretzels. Be sure to stop by the Giant Lemon Cart, they serve the best freshly squeezed lemonade I’ve ever tasted. Much more; Two Hershey Ice Cream Stands, Single Pizzas, Salad, Dipping Dots, Fried Chicken, Beef Brisket, Ribs, The variety of foods is endless. Something is definately wrong if you can’t satisfy your taste in sweats park.

All in all, Camelbeach is a positive way to spend a summer day with your family. So pack bathing-suits, towels, sunscreen and sunglasses and head for a fun day at the beach. Don’t worry if you forget something because there are gift shops there too. Exit 299 of Interstate 80 in Tannersville, Pennsylvania
