Caring for a star-eyed frog begins with proper closure. A 20 gallon long aquarium tank is large enough to accommodate two eyed frogs and geckos. It should cover the bottom of the underlying tank. Add about 10 ounces of sand or a mixture of sand and loam. This natural setting provides this stellar solitude. Place a pile of rocks at the end of the tank, or stop using it, to moisten the bottom of the sand with water. Pour the water through the rocks or into a stand. Time
