Cheap Fall Fashion: It’s All in Your Closet, Old Man Clothes, and Scrapbooking Supplies

Fall is my favorite season of the year. Not only are leaves the most magnificent colors of any season, the palette of my fall wardrobe has endless potential. Only in autumn I can wear the most intense colors of the sunset: deep oranges, canary yellows, reds, which will make your mouth water more than Chilum pepper< I always could. I'm not the only one with the case. Flip through any magazine and you'll see that industry leaders feel the same way. Unfortunately for them (and more so the readers) they think that the fashion will fall with the mandatory amount of the price in the triple to quadruple digits. If you're anything like my fellow bakers, fear not - it's easier and cheaper than you might think to roll out a side-splitting sheet pan with a custom-fit ball wedge. My first tip is to hit your closet. Look completely at the clothes you have - we don't discriminate the seasons. You are looking for color. If you have any earth-tone buckets that you normally keep for the summer months, add them to your fall fashion top. You can pair these with an autumn blouse or jacket. You don't need to spend the whole year waiting for them only in the warm months! Now remember - don't miss out on any opportunities. Look at the sorrows and sighs of winter's heaviest. A pair of woolen floaties might be something you usually keep on those cold winter nights, but wouldn't you have more fun in them if they were transformed into a knee-length skirt? You can easily make any pair of pantingpanting skirt with cut inside leg on both sides; cut and connected on all sides. This does not require a special model, a sewing machine or a lot of money. All you need is some yarn (we’re talking under $5 here, and less if you can find it at home) – that beats buying a skirt!

They must have coats in the fall. You don’t even have to look for both at the checkout counters though. There is no reason to pay top-dollar for something you can find for the cost of a cup of coffee. Now, thrift stores may seem like an obvious place to look for fashion clothes, but you don’t think so when you look. the best “department.” It is all about going away from ugly colors, and who knows how ugly it is for the elderly? That sounds harsh, but in your fashion savvy heart you know it’s true. So, while your friends are racking up their credit card debt buying rusty corduroy jackets, you can find the same thing for a fraction of the price. If it’s not girly enough for you, add some shiny brooches or vintage brooches (my favorites are the faux-jasper, brooches from the 1950s).

Finally, we come to the shoes. This is not easy really cheap. No one wants to wear shoes, no matter how cute they are. And the shoes are not very easy to make unless you are a professional or you know how to spoil them. That leaves us with a few choices. My opinion: Target of course! cheap and decorating as needed. Everyone seems to always forget to accessorize their shoes, but if you want to style forward and stay within your budget, a cheap shoe rack is your best bet. Afraid? Do you think I’m talking about bows? I am not, I assure you. There are some amazing accessories for shoes out there if you look beyond meets. While I honestly love the one button hammered in bold color, I also have one shoe with glue on top, I’m also caught off guard. adding scrapbooking ornaments will really turn some heads. With this new fad, everything now comes in small quantities. In tea cups, we’re talking animals, and even purses (cheesy, but how could I have pockets. icon on your shoe that it suits him whom you wear). And well scrapbooking supplies fortunately, they are not limited to “cute” things. One of my best custom cases was when I added a silver flag to the back strap of my shoes. Wanna say what? It had the Harley Davidson logo and the phrase “Born to Be Wild.” I layered over the back with black boots (which are only $9.99 at Target – thank goodness for the clearance section). Needless to say, the girls gave me compliments and the boys were intrigued.

So, as you can see, they fall just so you don’t need much, if anything. Extend your creativity in ways you haven’t before. True fashion is not limited to fashion stores and trendy stores.
