My wife and I have been Cingular Wireless customers since they got Bellsouth a few years ago. We liked the service Bellsouth gave us and were a little hesitant to go with a company we hadn’t heard much about. We considered switching to another well-known company, but decided to stay with Cingular for the time being. He did not regret his decision.
Bellsouth has always been good about providing exceptional customer and Cingular has delivered without fail. We recently had to order new phones. I used the phone for over 5 years My newer phone was having issues due to it being omitted and young children playing with it. My older phone didn’t have a big ring volume and I often dropped calls on it. My wife contacted Cingulares about receiving new phones and worked out an arrangement with a customer services representative. The phones would be shipped along with some Bluetooth accessory packages. When he called the next day to check on the status of the order, it was determined that since we were customers and not new customers, the person who placed the order was unable to fill it. She was transferred to another deputy in place of order again. Incredulous, as usual, he checked the next day and found a similar problem. He makes a few phone calls, but the Cingular Wireless representatives have always been kind and friendly. nor have we spoken of enmity on the part of the ambassadors.
Because of the confusion, Cingular is giving us discounts on two new phones and accessory packages. The amount paid to us was charged to the Cingular Account. As it turned out, we made a deal with that money covering three months worth of billings together with 2 phones. and 2 accessory files. That’s in addition to the $100 in rebates we sent. A few companies do this so that the customer can benefit from staying with them. Cingular Wireless went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with what we got. The strange thing is that Cingular representatives are the ones who suggested this. We didn’t have to ask for incentives to stay with them, they gave them to us for free. Cingular Wireless is a company that truly values customer satisfaction and wants to take pride in making the customer a happy member of the Cingular Wireless family.
In terms of signal strength and dropped calls, we are pleased with the service we receive from Cingular Wireless. We run into areas where we lose calls or get a lot of static, but these areas are normally rural in nature and often mountainous. Usually, the interference lasts only a couple of minutes before the destruction. With earlier phones, we couldn’t use Bandwidth Wireless service inside our home. As we have found newer phones, this doesn’t have the effect that I give phones or wireless bands.
Overall, we were very pleased with the service we received from Cingular Wireless. We’ve been offering our services with Cingular for over five years to switch to other cell phones, but we don’t want to continue with Cingular because of our satisfaction. As a large company, sometimes customers get lost in the mix. Kindly knew that Cingular wanted their customer experience even better at their expense. I would recommend Cingular Wireless to anyone as a top notch cell phone.
