Critical Thinking Application

Critical thinking is a process that is not only important, but the benefits it provides to everyday life. Assessment is critical in the workplace to make the right decision for the success of the company. Understanding the importance and benefits of critical thinking will give you an understanding of the meaning of being successful in business.

What is Critical Thinking?

Critical thinking about any subject, content or problem can be said in which the thinker improves the quality of his thinking by skillfully the inherent structures of thinking and managing to impose intellectual standards on them (Scriven, 2008). In a work environment there are many examples of critical thinking. One example is to determine how to meet expenses with a small income. In the rental business, income is not always guaranteed. With the economy going down hill, jobs are going to be difficult for those with low or no income. income Rental units are given to neighborhoods with poverty-level housing that does not pay rent on time or does not pay at all. In a business that has 30 rental units, 3 employees and more expenses than income, it can be a struggle. Thinking critically about coming up with ways to pay business expenses and hire employees can be challenging. Knowing that everyone has to pay rent, with more than 2 out of three tenants paying, the landlord wanted to receive not a weekly payment, but an annual dividend, knowing that each tenant could qualify for housing assistance. He is positive when he tries to come up with a way to pay the expenses.

The first step in the process would be to evaluate each rental unit to see what shape each unit is. In this way, the option should be to borrow against the rental units that bring more capital. The next downside is having to pay the loan payment every month, but it will pay off in the long run. he himself removed and the company will be able to get back on track. The downside to this solution is that there is no guarantee that the tenant will be able to pay once the company is back on track. Another solution would be to sell some rental units, reduce expenses and bring in more income. The negative to this solution is that the housing market is so low that the economy is so bad that people cannot afford to pay what they are asking for it would be worth it. Another solution would be for every tenant to apply for housing assistance. This way, the bank is guaranteed a check every month on time. This solution would be negative because the tenant cannot qualify or feel offended if the company asks to apply them.

Applying Critical Thinking to Work

Carefully weighing the three options and making the right choice takes a lot of research and time. After careful thought and research, two of the three options were the best choice. Why two of the three best companies for this election is important, because taking away the houses a lot of time and money to maintain them causes the company to go in the red instead of staying in the black. Borrowed against the remaining the house will bring in income to cover the remaining expenses incurred by the sale of the house. t cover and still need capital to buy outside the poor area. The money borrowed and the money lost in the sale of the houses will eventually pay for themselves in the following years because people in convenient areas with good school systems are willing to pay a higher amount of taxes. Finally, the company was able to make a profit by selling houses in the poorest area and investing in better areas.

The importance of Critical Thinking

Critical thinking is important. It can be mind boggling to choose from a number of opposites, thinking critically about each gives the knowledge and process to choose the right one for a particular situation. Critical assessment gives the knowledge of knowing how complex problems occur and how to single out a problem that will come up with the best. solution Using critical thinking, the ability to bring goals and desires to reality is possible (Egan, 2005). Being able to be critical with positive goals will show the desire that each employee has for the company and its success.

The Benefits of Critical Thinking

Critical thinking is not only important, but also beneficial to individuals. Looking at a problem and having multiple solutions is a way to show the details of what he or she can know and can admit to not knowing when left out. Being an outsider will provide an opportunity to really see how others view the problem and what kind of solution will benefit everyone as a whole. Thinking is a critical decision-making process, because of this, employees or managers will think before acting on a problem, because it is necessary to follow several steps in making the right decision (unknown).

Thinking critically in a work environment is crucial to running a successful business. Critical thinking is not only beneficial to the workplace, but critical thinking can be beneficial to every person. The application of critical thinking to the decision-making process will give individuals the knowledge to learn from mistakes, to consider the situation from a third-person perspective and, most importantly, to think before acting. The application of critical thinking will bring ease to everyday life as well as to the work environment.
