Crowd Pleasing Pre-Planned Breakfast Casserole Recipes

Italian Breakfast Sausage Casserole:

This hearty casserole is easy to make and tastes delicious. Make ahead of time and refrigerate overnight. Cook in the morning, serve and enjoy!

1 pound Italian sausage (pork, turkey or chicken)

How to Prepare:

Spray 13 x 9 pans with baking powder and set aside. Dark brown in the pan. Drain the fat and pat the sausage with a paper towel to remove the grease. Sauté the red peppers and green onions until the onions are soft. Cover the bottom of the pan with a layer of bread cubes, sausage, red peppers, green onions, and cheese. Repeat while you are out of things. The last layer of cheese.

In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Now pour over the top of the casserole. Cover and refrigerate. In the morning, preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Bake for one hour.
